Valley View Farm pigs are raised naturally in a
pasture enclosed in electric wire. They forage the
land, rooting around for delicious edibles.
We do supplement their grass diets with garden
scraps and bread.
When the pigs get to be 250 pounds or so we send
them to process.
These pigs provide some of the leanest, most tasty
sausage, bacon, hams, shoulder roasts, chops, ribs,
and steaks you can find.
We sell pork by the pound, by the side and
occasionally by the half side. Call for details.
